Joe Biden has cemented just how obsessed with “hate” and racism Democrats have truly become. In a historic decision reflecting his long-standing opposition to capital punishment, President Joe Biden commuted the death sentences of 37 federal inmates on Monday, converting their punishments to life imprisonment without parole. However, three individuals—convicted of terrorism and hate-driven mass killings—were notably excluded from clemency.
This decision comes amidst growing concerns from activists that a future administration, particularly one led by former President Donald Trump, could reinstate federal executions. During Trump’s presidency, the federal government resumed executions after nearly two decades of inactivity.
In a formal statement, President Biden acknowledged the gravity of the crimes committed by those affected by his decision but underscored his deep moral and professional opposition to the death penalty, so long as it didn’t violate the liberal obsession with racism that has come to dominate both his party and its donors.
“Make no mistake: I condemn these murderers, grieve for the victims of their despicable acts, and ache for all the families who have suffered unimaginable and irreparable loss,” Biden said. “But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, vice-president, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level.”
Among those excluded from clemency are Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, responsible for the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing; Dylann Roof, who carried out the racially motivated murder of nine Black worshipers in Charleston in 2015 at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church; and Robert Bowers, the perpetrator of the 2018 synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh.
This decision follows President Biden’s earlier acts of clemency, including the commutation of 1,500 sentences and the granting of 39 pardons just weeks ago. While Biden has consistently opposed capital punishment, the exclusion of Tsarnaev, Roof, and Bowers highlights the administration’s recognition of the uniquely horrific nature of their crimes.
Biden’s picking and choosing between “hate” and just “plain old psychopathic murder and rape” has sparked outrage. Critics argue that reducing sentences for individuals convicted of especially brutal crimes—some involving child victims—sets a troubling precedent.
Senator Tom Cotton, from Arkansas, sharply criticized President Biden’s decision, labeling the move as “politically convenient.”
“Once again, Democrats side with depraved criminals over their victims, public order, and common decency,” Cotton wrote on Twitter.
Joe Biden is an addled, corrupt, and demented failure.
The White House has become a memory care facility as Biden is led around by his corrupt kids and his Marxist staffers.
That’s why 37 depraved murderers have clemency.

The senator continued, “Democrats can’t even defend Biden’s outrageous decision as some kind of principled, across-the-board opposition to the death penalty since he didn’t commute the three most politically toxic cases. Democrats are the party of politically convenient justice.”
The Hill noted that “the three death row inmates not on the list were Robert D. Bowers, the gunman at the 2018 Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh; Dylann Roof, who opened fire in 2015 opened fire on Black parishioners at a Charleston, S.C., church; and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is one of the two brothers who carried out the 2013 bombing of the Boston Marathon.
Cotton also joined conservative host Hugh Hewitt to discuss what he called “the commutation scandal.” Hewitt questioned on Monday if Biden had the mental competence to have made the judgement for the commutations.
‘He is an addled, demented old man,’ Cotton told Hewitt on the show.”

Biden’s corrupt use of the pardon power has been heavily criticized. Earlier in the month, the White House gave a blanket pardon to his son that went back nearly a decade, covering a specific amount of time in which the president clearly knows crimes were committed by his son.
White House staffers have also begun seeking “preemptive” pardons for what they have done during Biden’s tenure.
