It could come out any day now. Attorney General Pam Bondi has confirmed that she is reviewing the alleged “client list” tied to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. This move could bring the highly anticipated document closer to public release, drawing significant attention from the public and media alike.
In a recent interview with Fox News, Bondi revealed that her review follows a directive from former President Donald Trump. This investigation is being conducted under an executive order focused on declassifying federal records considered to be in the public interest.
“It’s sitting on my desk right now to review,” Bondi told ‘America Reports’ host John Roberts on Friday. “That’s been a directive by President Trump.”
Bondi also stated she is “reviewing” the JFK and MLK files, which the president signed an executive order to declassify at the start of his second term.
“That’s all in the process of being reviewed, because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies,” Bondi said.
When asked if she had “seen anything,” Bondi responded, “Not yet.”

Epstein, who maintained connections with several high-profile individuals across politics, finance, and entertainment, was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges when he died by suicide in federal custody in 2019. His ties to elite social circles have fueled public speculation, with many believing that influential figures may have been involved in his alleged criminal activities. With the reelection of Donald Trump and the appointment of Kash Patel as head of the FBI, much speculation has revolved around the release of the alleged client list.
In 2023, high-ranking Democrats in the Senate blocked the release of the sex-traffickers flight logs.
Bondi’s review coincides with efforts from a bipartisan congressional panel, established under Trump’s executive order, which is set to investigate Epstein-related records. Florida Republican Representative Anna Paulina Luna, who leads the task force, has voiced her support for Bondi’s efforts, posting on Twitter, “Let’s get this done!” alongside emojis expressing anticipation.

Although the FBI has previously released various documents from its Epstein investigations, noted The Hill, the alleged client list has remained conspicuously absent from public disclosures. Trump’s executive order also calls for a broader review of classified materials that could be of public interest, including documents linked to historic political assassinations.
Bondi confirmed that her review extends beyond Epstein’s files, also covering records associated with the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. “That’s all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies,” she explained.
The attorney general did not give a timeline for her review.
