Liberals Are Already Preparing To Undermine Trump’s Second Term

On Friday, Joe Biden gave his first sign that he either does not care about what voters think or believes he has little chance of beating Donald Trump this November.

Despite voters saying they want less illegal immigration, consistently rating it as their top issue, Biden administration is preparing to unveil one of the most significant immigration relief programs in recent history.

The move, likely led by staffers rather than Biden himself, may be coming on the realization that the president really has begun to slip mentally over the past few months and they’ll never get another chance at pushing amnesty.

In Italy last week, Biden needed to be guided by younger G7 leaders and seemed to freeze a couple times. Those videos were followed up with even more shocking tape on Saturday when, during a Hollywood fundraiser, the president seemed to freeze on stage and needed Barack Obama to hold his hand as he walked off.

On Sunday, The New York Times published a report revealing that liberals do not have confidence in Biden. The newspaper described how liberals have already begun planning the ways in which they will undermine a second Trump term.

Opponents of Donald J. Trump are drafting potential lawsuits in case he is elected in November and carries out mass deportations, as he has vowed. One group has hired a new auditor to withstand any attempt by a second Trump administration to unleash the Internal Revenue Service against them. Democratic-run state governments are even stockpiling abortion medication.

A sprawling network of Democratic officials, progressive activists, watchdog groups and ex-Republicans has been taking extraordinary steps to prepare for a potential second Trump presidency, drawn together by the fear that Mr. Trump’s return to power would pose a grave threat not just to their agenda but to American democracy itself.

There is always discussion in any election year of what might happen if the other side wins the White House. Such talk has been typically limited to Washington chatter and private speculation, as much of the energy has focused on helping one’s party win the election and develop wish-list policy plans.

But the early timing, volume and scale of the planning underway to push back against a potential second Trump administration are without precedent. The loose-knit coalition is determined not to be caught flat-footed, as many were after his unexpected victory in 2016.

Biden’s amnesty move could have a different reasoning behind it, however.

The New York Post reported the shocking news that “Welfare offices and other agencies in 49 US states are providing voter registration forms to migrants without requiring proof of citizenship, leading Republicans and conservatives to call for swift federal action to stop the handouts.

Every state but Arizona — which recently passed a law barring the practice on state but not federal forms — gives applicants for either welfare benefits, driver’s licenses, or in some cases, mail-in ballots voter registration forms without demanding proof of citizenship.

There is currently no requirement on federal voting forms to provide proof of US citizenship, though it is illegal to falsely claim one is a citizen or for a non-citizen to cast a ballot in a federal election.

But millions of migrants with humanitarian parole, refugee or asylum status are eligible for benefits that would bring them to the offices where voter registration takes place.”

The report shocked even the likes of Elon Musk.

Biden’s actions proved to be another example of how something that was called a conspiracy theory by liberals just a few months ago has turned into reality.

Following Speaker Mike Johnson’s introduction of a bill called the SAVE Act to prevent non-citizens from voting in federal election, Democrats pretended that it never happens.

“I think this is another way for him to appease the crazies on the right, because he’s on the chopping block right now and he’s got to do something to feed them some red bait, and we saw him do that when he stood next to Trump at Mar-a-Lago,” Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chair Nanette Díaz Barragán, a Democrat from California said.

She was joined by another Democrat, who lambasted the Speaker, saying, “It’s stupid. It’s already illegal. They’re trying to create a message – a lie – to the American people that undocumented people are voting. It’s illegal to do that now. They don’t need to do another bill. It’s already illegal,” Rep. Zoe Lofgren claimed.

The SAVE Act would amend the National Voter Registration Act, setting requirements for states to verify U.S. citizenship. It outlines acceptable documentation for proving citizenship and requires states to set up alternative verification processes for citizens without standard documents. Additionally, the legislation compels states to purge non-citizens from voter rolls and establishes federal penalties for intentionally registering non-citizens.
